Where is your clothing made?

We are proudly 100% New Zealand made. Our lines are produced in small batches by a local manufacturing company.

Are your clothes made from Organic Cotton?

Yes. Our cotton basics collection is made with 90% GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton and 10% elastane for ease of movement. Our organic cotton has also been milled and dyed in New Zealand to the highest standards. Our linen garments are not organic, however, linen is a naturally sustainable product made from flax fibres.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our flat rate shipping charge to Australia is NZ$20 and NZ$40 to ship to the rest of the world. International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive once shipped, so please allow plenty of time to receive your order. Although we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, we have no control over your order once it has been dispatched. We cannot be accountable for any delay, loss or damage incurred by you as a result of the shipping carrier.

Do you offer express shipping?

For all standard deliveries please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order once your order has been dispatched, however, if your order is urgent, please email hello@miniheartsclub.co.nz and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched from Cambridge, New Zealand. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. We ship orders Monday to Wednesday subject to New Zealand Public Holidays. We aim to get your orders out to you as quickly as we can!

What size should I order?

We have done our best to give you a good understanding of the size and fit of each garment in our product descriptions. We also have a size chart to help you. Our sizing is true to size and the size of each garment corresponds to the age of the child. If you are still unsure, please email us as hello@miniheartsclub.co.nz and we are more than happy to help.

How can I contact you?

Feel free to contact us at hello@miniheartsclub.co.nz with any questions that you may have. Please email us rather than DM on Instagram or via our Facebook message page as we reply to emails daily. 

Do you offer exchanges/refunds?

We offer an exchange/refund only for unworn and undamaged items in their original condition. Please email us at orders@miniheartsclub.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to exchange your items. Please note there is $10 postage charge for exchanges, unless the garment is damaged or defective, and then return postage is free of charge. See our Returns page for full information.

There are strictly no exchanges and returns on sale items.
