Returns Policy

We offer an exchange/refund only for unworn and undamaged items in their original condition. Please email us at orders@miniheartsclub.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to exchange your items. 

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Eligibility

We are happy to refund any product that is defective or damaged. If you would like a refund please send an email to orders@miniheartsclub.co.nz and we will send you an address to return the goods back to us free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or decline of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (due to a defect or damaged item)

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item (due to a defective or damaged item) we will do our best to replace the item for you. As we only manufacture small runs, we may not be able to exchange it for the same item, however, we are happy to exchange it for a different item. Please send an email to orders@miniheartsclub.co.nz to discuss your options and we will send you an address to return the goods back to us free of charge.

Change of Mind

We are happy to exchange any item due to a change of mind, however, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item and incur postage for sending out the new items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, or exchanged. All sale items are final.
